I know this is over a year after the post but you can use the ICOM F420 software. It is a fraction of what EFJ sold their version for. If you take note of the FCC ID on the radio, you will notice it's ICOM's FCC acceptance number not an EFJ number. I have both the F420 and 7640. Identical except for...
