I couldn't get hold of the very latest versions but I did upgrade to software version 2.24 and firmware 1.76 and performed adjustment recover which worked like a dream.
Many thanks, this has made these 3 units usable once again.

I have 4 UHF band Vertex VX-821e radios and have programmed them to our frequencies using the CE59 v2.10 software. However, only one of them communicates.
