Surface mount component cross ref.

Hello to members and readers of this board. I am looking for a site to cross SMD components to conventional parts.I have a schematic for an ICOM OPC-478 programming cable but I don't want to use a microscope to build the dumb thing. 
I am fine with ugly or dead-bug type constuction so short of looking over all the specs for each part I can't find any cross. Mouser and DIGI-KEY can cross to like same parts but not from one style to another. 2 of the transistors used are 1-NTE2409 and 2-NTE2410.
