FT-411E Memory erase

Post by FTCOP »

Does anyone know how to erase the channel/memory in a FT-411E? I would like to erase everything that has been programmed over the years.

I think you press 'FM' while turning the radio on, then let go of the button. That should do it, but if the radio was modified to go out of band, then you're going to have to set the tx/rx limits before you program any memories back in...
Hope this helps.
