From what i have it looks like a:

I am not sure about the KA4 so IS if you could assist :)

Seller eBay says it's P25 Digital wide/narrow, and FPP.

and what PC Config? I have 2.1.0, but I had no luck reading or writing.

You have the original series AN-PCR127A, you'll need v1.28 of PCC for that radio.

The radio should do P25, OFB and AES, FPP, Digital SN/SZ and possibly P25 Trunking.
