5100 ES Out-Of-Band Possible?

Post by seleong »

Hello All!

I have a UHF 380-470MHz 5100ES radio. Does anyone know if the radio can be programmed out of band, and if so, by how much? I have several frequencies in the 471-474 range I was hoping to program. Curious if there are any "work-arounds" similar to the Motorola mods that are available for PC Configure.

Thanks very much for your help!

No such luck. The programming software won't let you enter freq's out of range.
