5300 to 5100 cloning possible?

Post by seleong »

Is there a way using PC Configure to "clone" a set of channels/zones from a 5300 to a 5100 series radio? I entered a set of radio parameters for a 5300 (UHF) radio, and I wanted to program these same channel/zone parameters into a 5100 series (UHF) radio. Is there any way to transfer data between data sets?

Thanks very much!

Steve,

Using PCConfigure, just do a radio>Series>5100 and it will change everything for you. You will need to adjust a few settings but the freq's will all still be the same.
