I have a Regency UC102 handheld VHF. How are frequencies changed in this thing. Software? Crystals?

In case you have not received an answer, the UC102 is a 1watt VHF crystal 2 channel portable radio. It requires two crystals per channel and the overall bandwidth cannot exceed 3MHz, especially in transmit and the crystals must be a good quality cut or it will not operate.

What are you looking for? I may have a reconditioned programmable portable.
