Fireman5,

The Regency RFH252B can only be programmed two ways. The easiest is using the Regency RFP hand held programmer. It has a multicolor ribbon cable and a gray ribbon cable with a red stripe down one side. It plugs into the inside of the radio. You might get lucky and find one on Ebay.

The other way requires a working Regency 10 channel like a RH250, or XLH250, or RU150, or the Wilson WH2510, or WU1510. You would need to be able to remove the EEProm, solder it into one of the aforementioned radios, program it and then re-install it into the RFH252.

Or I can program it for you. Assuming that the radio is in working condition, I can program and align the radio for $25 plus shipping.

I hope this helps.

Bill
