LPH-5141 Instructions

Does anyone have the instructions for programming the old LPH-5141's. I lost mine.. Also, i know when i bought them (1986 ish) they told me i could make them work on the 144-148 amateur band, now that i have a license, i would like to do this also..

Here is a link to the manual. The program you need to downband the radio is called ham and eggs. You will need a programming cable. There is a BK Yahoo group with loads of great information.

Thank you very much, now all i have to do is see if i have rev 1 or rev 2..

If you want to go into the ham band and your LPH is not currently set up to do it you will need to change some hex codes. These hex codes can only be changed using a programming cable, an older PC running Windows 95 or 98 with the ability to shut down and go into the pure MSDOS mode, and the LPH programming software.
