Icom 821 in trouble

After one year I restarted my Icom-821H, but from time the two receiving leds start blinking together and I cannot hear nor transmit. My antenna seems o.k, I tried also with a car whip and leds start blinking either.
I checked also antenna with another rig.And I restarted the machine bt pushing MW and clearing anything.
Any help???
