M-RK IIs or Scans in the market

Post by 2wayfreq »

I know that GE/Ericsson made thousands of these units. But trying to find one on EBAY or somewhere else with a decent band split is like finding hen's teeth. I don't get it, you can find Motorola's all day long but not these.

I would not sell mine. I have an HT1250, Astro Saber, XTX3000, Thales 25, and a drawer full of other assorted radios but the UHF and VHF M-RK's are in the truck and go with me. They are simply the best handheld I own.

I have a very nice 800 EDACS full keypad M-RK with Aegis and a fairly new aftermarket battery I would part with now that KCMO has abandoned their EDACS system.

I just picked up a M-RK EDACS w/ AEGIS for $33 shipped to my front door. Radio was programmed with KCMO stuff.
