M-RK out of band

Post by theplague »

Im trying to get a 150-174 m-rk 2 scan to program down to 2m. I understand you need to hex edit the software. Im using edacs3.
Could someone guide me in the right direction of programming a m-rk out of band ? or at least give me an idea what i need to do in a hex editor.
thanks

Hi

You can find some interesting informations about OoB at this board:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/edacs/

I've read all the posts one time to find out about OoB for other radio, and there is also info for Mrk OoB for sure.
