SDL Prom

Morning
This is a call for help on the Prom Programer II used on the SDL, LTR and
other radios builded back in the 80's.
Local Ham club would like to do a cross link from 440 to 2 meter.
They have a SDL 6055, I have a Prom Programer II and a spare Prom
What I need is the numbers to put into the prom, my book only goes down to 150Mhz.
Back when I worked at EFJ in Eng. we had a few of these radios setup on 2 meter.
Jay H, Jim B. and a few other hams out there have this extended list to go down to the 2 meter range.
