The Radio Information Board

Trying to program using CE27 ver 0.26 windows software, I can not access many of the settings that I need to change such as the CW ID. Most of the settings are "greyed" out. Probably doing something easily wrong but can not find it. Any ideas? I do not have the DOS software. HELP!!!!!

Have you turned on the function within the "Common" environment? Can you upload - then change?...this works on my version V1.05

At the DOS prompt try typing CE27 -d
This was info from an earlier post on here. I've tried it and it seems to work.
