The Radio Information Board

Hello,

Trying to program a tk730 tk830 dual band set-up. When I try and put the radios into program mode the radio flashes "head 2".. Any sugestions what I am doing wrong or what the problem is?

Is this a previously working radio or something new for you? It sounds like the radio is setup as a dual head and it's looking for the second head.

This is a new radio for me. When i bought it was said to have been set up as a dual band radio and worked good. Thanks
