H-19 I.F. freq?

Well, somehow I managed to dump my U-18 UHF programming
into my VHF U-19...I was wondering why I couldn't hit the local
2m repeaters, so I read the H-19 tonight and found that it had
UHF freqs in it...DOH!!!!
So I've reprogrammed the VHF stuff into the H-19, but it doesn't
hear anything, even NOAA on 162.400. I'm wondering if it's
still got the UHF I.F. programmed.
Does anyone know what the H-19 I.F. freq. should be?
