The Radio Information Board

Somone knows how to program this radio? This model it's similar to the TK805, but without LCD, just have 2 channels that are commanded by one toogle switch. I tried to program using software but always the software says that exist a connection problem, but I already programed other radios like tk760...

I am expericencing problems with the batteries of this radio. The lock tab break after a couple of months, needed to replace the entire battery.
Even the aftermarket brands as W&W Manufacturing happens.

Someone here experienced the same problem as I ?
