I have a GE Orion Low-band. I got the correct cable to program it, now i just need the software. I am looking to spend as little as possible. Can someone tell me what software i need and where i can get it. Thanks for the help.

The only legal way to obtain software is to purchase Conventional Programmer 19, available from MACOM ($500+). Your best bet would be to have a local MACOM shop program the radio. You will also need the TQ programming box or a 3-party ribless cable.
Unless you have a need to constantly reprogram the radio, I would advise you to hook up with someone that already has the software and programming box.
