Everything I have read indicates a kenwood tk-2102 is a two channel radio. Yet I am holding in my hand a kenwood TK-2102(A)-1 that has (what appears to be) four channel settings. The dial clickes in four positions and it has 1..4 on the top.
What software version is used to program this if it is a four channel radio? I have KPG55D now and that is only showing two.
Any help would be appriciated.
Thanks,
Tk-2102 confusion...

I called a radio shop on friday, apparently I can get a firmware update to make these have 16 channel capacity. I pulled the channel knob up a bit and the dial has the capacity for 16.ohgary wrote:Here is an ad that says 4 chanels.
