Does anyone know where I can get a pair of 9-pin circular plugs that fit the Trio TS-510 to VFO-5D? These are similar to the pinout of a 9-pin tube base and getting very difficult to find. Any leads or parts would be greatly appreciated!

Here's a couple of webpages for a 9 Pin Plug:

Yeah, I remember that connector from the external VFO on my TK-820s.

If they won't sell them to you directly, I can order them through work. Even though I work for an LMR dealer, I can usually get amateur stuff from KW parts as long as I have a valid part number.
