The Radio Information Board

Does anyone know where I can get a standard GX3000 programed. I cant
find anyone in my area. Also I need wiring pin connection info for the mike jack so hookup a CES 600L DTMF mike.

As for the mike wiring, here it is:

pin 1 = audio in (mike audio)
pin 2 = PTT
pin 3 = audio out
pin 4 = gnd
pin 5 = +8vdc
