Hi guys,

How hard is it, if possible to change the display on a TK-380.

And while your'e at it, the part numbers.

It is not hard at all. Take the screws that hold the chassis out there are only two. Next with a small screwdriver carefully pry out the chassis from the housing. Next remove the rubber housing that contains the speaker and dtmf pad if you have dtmf. Next remove the six screws that hold the front board to the chassis. Carefully pry up the two ribbon cables that are attached to the mainboard then you can remove the front board that contains the display. The display is attached to the front board via another ribbon cable and plastic tabs. Just remove these and there you are. Assembly is just the reverse. The part nuber for the display is :
B38-0810-05.
