Was wondering how to do carrier squelch for encode/decode??Also can the Kenwood Tk-862G be used as a repeater???If so how is it done???Thanks for any input

when a frequency is set for carrier squelch,do you leave encode/decode blank?More or less how do I set the frequency to carrier squelch

Correct, leave encode/decode blank when programming the radio.
