I was wondering if anyone could tell me what program cable is used to program the tk-6110 and if there is any thing you have to do before programming(any certain instructions)Thanks for any info any one provides

KPG-46 Cable

You can also use the 6 pin cable kpg-4,just carefully plug it in.Nothing needs to be done in order to read or write to it.
