TK-630H display blinking

Ok from what I can tell no speaker yet on this guy but the vco is not locking, and will have to adgust it up for the ham band ...... I thoght I saw once a tech not on how to adjust the 630 up a notch or two to get 50-54 coverd. Really all i;m looking for in it

Well a minor retune of the VCO and brings it right in line.
