The Radio Information Board

I am having a problem programming the orange aux key as the key lock. I have even tried setting up a different key to lock the keypad, but it does nothing. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Are you holding the key in long enough? I think you might have to hold it in for a couple of seconds.
