Programming question for TK3180

Hi all...
I am trying to program my TK 3180 to use the OST (operator selectable tone) I can only get so far as to either have it say 'tone off' or '67.0'. Anyone know how I can get it so I can select from the list of PL codes??
Also I am still trying to figure out how to get the keylock feature to work. I can program a key to do that feature, but it doesn't work when I press the key, maybe there is some other setup I am missing?
