I have mobile radio TK-3107 and i want to programing it with other TK-3107 to working to gether without any one can talk to us even he programing the QT/DQT i have saw with one of my friend the same mobile radio have same feature that no one can tallk to him he can only hear him so plz help me to make programing my TK-3107 to make group that no one tallk to us

Other means of my question that want to know how the Decode and Encode feature workingif with my Kenwwod TK-3107
