There is no part number to tell what charger I have.
It charges knb-15A batteries
The label on the bottom reads:
Input DC 12V 300mA
output DC 10V 100mA
DC 10V 170mA

Made in Taiwan W08-0598

Is this a rapid charger or the 12 hour one?
How long should I be leaving the batteries in there before pulling them out?

When I drop a battery in there is a red light, never changes.

Standard rate charger with NiCd batteries is an 8 hour charger?

Batteries feel warm after sitting for 8 hours.... I understand that isn't really good for the batteries.
