GX4800UT programming

hopefully someone here remembers how to program these things.. i have the PPS (that we use to use on our HX580s) as well as the software, but i do not have the cable from the PPS to the radio.
im sure it can be made with a piece of cat-5, but i do not have the pinout.
One of our LTR clients has brought me one of these and would like to have it as a control station, figured it would work and be cheap on them.
