They said that they were going to start it in June! Unfortunately, I'm going to have to go up with my parts prices also. Hate to but I can't take a cut like that! Kenwood is right around or a little higher on similar items, but there are some items that seem to cost a little more, in the parts department. Radios are bit cheaper, and I started out on Motorola for 8 years and became a Kenwood Dealer, now for 6 years. Just a thought.

What is the deal with the price increase?
I have not seen the letter yet.
From other posts I get the impression that the dealer cost is going up but the list price is not. (i.e. Motorola gets more $, dealer gets less $)
Is this correct?

That's the impression I get from the letter! Motorola must be really getting hit hard! I'm sorry, but I can't take a hit like that, damn government is already trying and getting more than I can handle now! Oh, well! Life goes on!
