GE/PLS Portable 16 channel VHF.......HELP

Can anyone tell me anything about this particular radio: It is GE Label
16 channel VHF with priority scan ID AXA9WN, PLSHO5 REV.C, and works properly although I can not find any literature for this radio, I would like to sell it but I absolutely have no idea of its uses, and functions. Would someone please help?

What exactly did you want to know?

It's a 16 channel, 150-174 split radio w/ Scan, as you've mentioned. PLS's were/are pretty straightforward radios, not a lot of fancy technology.
