I would like to gain access to the grayed out menu items.
I tried the -d trick....no go.

CE99 dealer mode?
Re: CE99 dealer mode?
Space, dash, d (_-D) or just dash d? and did you try it from Vertex Standard, under all programs? For CE60, you have to run from there also.
Re: CE99 dealer mode?
Yes,I used the space-d.
The CE60 has a dealer and a factory mode up at the top,the CE99 doesn't.

Re: CE99 progress
New progress....
Reading through CE99 in Hex Workshop,I found a few sentences about manufacture mode.
So if you put space-s after ce99exe,it asks for a password.
Anyway,if you enter the wrong password or no password.ce99 starts up in regular mode.
If you enter tokusyu-bango,ce99(S) starts up,so I know I am in Manufacture Mode.
Also if you put space-manu it asks for a password too,but it is a different one than the one above.
I have no idea yet how to get the faded out boxes to open up for changing.
Hope this helps someone trying to hack the newer versions of software
