Now what...

OK, I got the cables and am powering the S825 through the J1 connector, more specifically pins one (1) and eleven (11). Pin one being the ground and pin eleven being the power. When power is applied, the head makes a buzzing noise and some of the lights on the head come on very dimly. The display does not come on. It appears to me like something is VERY wrong. Is this head shot or what? Can anybody help? Thanks.

OK. Following that diagram I get the same results. A buzzing noise from the head and some of the lights come on very dim. I tested my wiring setup against another 825 head and it works fine. So I guess I have myself a smoked head. Which sucks because I have everything ready to go and now no head. Does anybody have one they are looking to get rid of? Does anybody want this piece of crap? Thanks for the help anyways.
