I just picked up an MPD 16 Plus system Edacs radio, it's a VHF low split so it works great on 2 meter frequencys. Does anyone know if there is any kind of flash program for this radio like the flash program for the MPA.
No sir - the MPD wasn't given the "brains" that the later radios were. In short, it's not flashable. And 16-Plus, wow... that was another of GE's weird trunking experiments that didn't last. I guess it worked, though.
