Dan,
While your PCS personality is open, select "DTMF Options" from the "OPTIONS" tab. There will be a box to checkmark the DTMF option. Looks like all DTMF options are grayed out until you checkmark "DTMF" (tone length, interdigit time, audible or muted sidetone, etc).
