I NEED newer version of TQ-3385 programmer software

Do you have or know where I can get a newer version of the TQ-3385 Programmer software besides M/A Com. I'm new to this type programming and I have a radio I can get data from thats already set up but it requires the newer version(I have version 9 of this software). After I see a radio that is set up I should be able to figure it out. The latest Programmer version is 12B but I am willing to try any version newer than the one I alread have Version 9Please contact me via my E-Mail address below..
