Are all MLS 11 (MLSU241 REV C) radios CTCSS capable?

Yes they are. Willalso do DCS, the old MLS series did not, but the II's do.

There was a receive problem with the old ones that was corrected. if you have a mls 2, its a keeper. Good Radio.
