TK 270 Programming

Hallo, I bay today the TK270. Onley the channels oure programmed. The channels from 2 too 20 using a selective code. I cannot recieve on this channels. The keyboard is not programmed. The power is 1 watt and I need 5 watt. Can I change this, beqause my dealer tell:"It was ok when you recieve this radio??" It kost 170 dollar four program again. There is no waranty for this he tell. What can I doo?

The default function programming on the 270 allows the user to switch power from high (5W) to low (1W) with the Right Arrow (>) key that is above the "A" key. If this function is programmed, the display will show "LO" when 1W/low power is selected. Push the ">" key and the "LO" should disappear and the power will be 5W. If this does not work then the function was not programmed.

The other problems would depend on how the dealer programmed it. Maybe you need the dealer to explain to you what key functions he programmed?

Thanks, I try. Onley the left arrow key give me the displaylight. All the other key's give a tone when you push it. I think all the keyboard key's oure not programmed. :cry:
