I did a Google search for tk-380 manual and came up with some possibilities for you to consider. There is supposed to be one at http://www.marcorsyscom.usmc.mil/sites/ ... Manual.pdf
but when I try to downlaod it I get an error from Acrobat.

Hopefully you will have better success.

I also found a site that appears to have them for sale http://instructions-kenwood.tdsplanet.com/ Travel there at your own risk.
I don't know much about 2-way radios but I'm over 50 and can't remember not having one around. Everything from Buddy and Citi-fone to Icom and Kenwood.

There are so many programmable features that can be assigned to any button that a users guide wouldn't be much help.

Try this, go to the FCC website and do a search for the FCC ID #. I have found lots of info here including complete user and service manuals in PDF format.
