Are there any current or recent model kenwood handhelds that had public safety style speaker mic's with antenna's on the mic?

I was told by my local Kenwood dealer that they were supposedly coming out with a public service mic for the 2180/3180 series.I can't remember if it was a Kenwood OEM mic or a aftermarker mic.Thanks.

Kenwood had(?) a public safety mic. It looks just like the KMC-25. If you look at the top of the 25, you can see what looks like a cover for where an antenna should be. This mic only works with the 90 series portables, as they built the antenna connector right into the mic connection.

I am unaware of any future public saftey mic for the 180 series portables.
