TK250 vs. TK250G

Post by RadioSouth »

Just got a few of each and appear identical in every way other than suffix and FCC #'s
TK-250 ALHTK-250-1
TK-250G ALHTK-250G-1

Doing a web search I've seen mention of 32 channel, also 160 channel. Does the 'G' have 160 ch. and the no suffix 32 ?

The radios both will do 160 channels, the "G" version is narrow band capable.

to use the narrow band option you also need the last release of the software KPG-23d. i think it is ver 2.02
