Using Orion Control Head for M-RK Vehicluar Charger

I have been told that you can hook an Orion control head to an MRK vehicular charger and be able to operate the radio through the control head. I have the charger already installed (with ext spkr. and mic) and would like to hook the Orion control head to it.....What cables/Accessories do I need if this is possible ?
