Have you set up a scan list?

You can either do it via the programming software or program a key for "D/A" to set up the list. Pressing the "D/A" key toggles the channel in and out of the scan list.

The Off Hook Scan option should be set to "YES" to allow scanning.

Hello,Thanks for the comeback. It turned out that I needed version 2.1 of the software to get the radio to scan properly. The 1.0 version did not seem to allow the scanning to work even though programmed to do so.
